The project was realized under Erasmus+ programme Key Action 1. The Coordination organization Penthesileia from Greece, along with the partners from Bulgaria, Serbia, Macedonia, Albania, Turkey, Kosovo, Italy, Romania and Croatia have implemented this six-day seminar focused on healthy lifestyles of young people, especially women in Europe, as well as the impact of its promotion on the lives and behavior of young people in our societies. The seminar aimed to improve the quality of support systems for activities aimed at empowering young people on health-related issues.
We discussed the meaning of health in modern world through gender perspective, the influences of today’s lifestyles into mental and physical health in order to come up with creative and innovative approaches, ideas and future actions in the field of promotion of wellness for both man and women.
In addition, this seminar focused on the opportunities for intercultural dialogue, opportunities for future international cooperation and joint activities. Using non-formal educational methods, participants were involved in individual and group work, ideas, discussions, roundtables, debates, presentations and analyzes.
