Review on “Time to Act! From Initiative and Creativity to European YOUth Entrepreneurs” Youth Exchange

The Youth Exchange “Time to Act! Form initiative and creativity to European YOUth entrepreneurs” was designed to initiate unemployed young people’s mobility and active participation in society through inspiring their creativity, initiative and entrepreneurship.

This project was in the frame of Youth in Action Programme and gathered 40 young people from Turkey, Bulgaria, Norway, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Italy and Macedonia in Bitola, Macedonia. Young people from EU, Turkey and Macedonia both, employed and unemployed came together to experience, to exchange and to learn from each other. On this youth exchange young people gained deeper knowledge for entrepreneurship, develop their creativity in diverse thematic workshops and activates. In team work they were able to recognise their skills and enhance them during the end of the project. They worked in teams, respect diversity, and learn how to use their creativity and initiative in setting up their own future businesses and projects. The participants were encouraged for self-initiative, creativity and entrepreneurship and develop the capability to identify potential strategies to effect change; for themselves as well as the communities in which they are living in.
